When choosing a username we recommend that you use either your email address or your name. We do not reccomend that spaces are used.
Please note that usernames are case sensitive and when logging into the system the same username must be used. How do I choose a password?
We recommend that a password is 8 characters or more using a mixture of upper and lower case letters and numbers. Please avoid using spaces in your password. I have submitted a registration form but I cannot log in
Once you have submitted your application your account needs to be confirmed. You will be sent an email with a link, once you have recieved this email please click on the link provided to confirm your account.
After confirming your account you will be sent a second email confirming that your account is now active.
Once you have received your welcome email you may log in to the website using the login form to the left <-
Until you have recieved your welcome email you will not be able to log into the website and purchase products I have my welcome email - how do I login?
Once you have received your welcome email approving your account you may login using the form to the left.
Please enter the username and password into the boxes provided.
Please be aware that both fields are case sensitive so please ensure you enter them the same as when you registered. I keep getting a popup telling me my username and passwords are incorrect why is this?

If you forget your password you can easily apply for a new password. Simply click on the "Lost Password?" link found in the login form to the left of the screen <- From here please enter your username and email address used for registration.
Once you have submitted these details a new password will be emailed to you. Upon receipt of your new password please login with your Username and new password. I can’t remember my username what can I do?

When filling in the registration form you will notice some of the fields have an * next to them.
This simply means that you must fill in these details accurately before you can submit your application.
Please make sure you fill in your details accurately as incorrect data could delay the creation of your account.
